2017 APS Application  

34th Annual DC Antique Photo and Postcard Shows!  Sunday March 12, 2017.  The #1 antique photographic image show in the USA.

LOCATION:    Rosslyn Ballroom, Holiday Inn Rosslyn/Key Bridge, 1900 N. Ft Myer Dr., Arlington VA 22209  (703) 807-2000.  "At the Key Bridge opposite Georgetown."  Three blocks north of US 50 "Rosslyn" exit.  I-66 E exit 73 "Rosslyn/Key Bridge," go right at light on N. Nash St; immediate left into hotel parking garage.  

EXHIBITORS:    Dealers selling antique photo imagery, including Daguerreotypes, CDVs, stereoviews, lantern slides, tintypes, postcards, albums, movie stills, press photos and related.   Exhibitor agrees to guarantee the genuineness of all items sold.

SPACES/FEE:   6' ft. tables.  $160 per table.  Exhibitors are allowed one assistant, who should be an actual assistant during the show. Non-collecting relatives, children, and guests of the exhibitor will be admitted by the show manager on a discretionary basis. EXHIBITOR AGREES NOT TO BRING COLLECTORS/DEALERS SEEKING EARLY ADMISSION IN AS "ASSISTANTS."

PUBLIC:   $35 preview admission 8:30-10 AM for photo show access; $10 general admission 8:30 A.M. to 4 PM close for post card show; Students with I.D. free after 1pm.  

SET UP:   Exhibitor Setup 7:30 AM-8:30 AM. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 8:30 AM!  YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO BEGIN PACKING BEFORE 3 PM.

TAX:   VA sales tax is 6.0%, forms will be provided at show.

LOADING:  You can unload Sunday morning from the upper levels of the parking garage accessible from Nash Street. Van clearance is a tight 6' 6". The show floor is also accessible by elevators from two other parking garages and the main lobby of the hotel.

TRANSIT: from nearby National Airport take a cab, or Washington Flyer Van Service which stops at all Rosslyn hotels, or Metro to Rosslyn (l block).

IN GENERAL: the #1 antique photographic image show in the USA. Coffee, tea, decaf, hot chocolate, donuts, Danish and bagels provided during setup. Table reservations will be confirmed. Tables are 6 feet in length; excellent lighting.
